There are no tracking cookies retrieving information about you. While you surf over our website, you are completely anonymous.
We will not send you any unsolicited e-mail or any other type of communication other than in response to your order and/or questions.
Returns on items purchased from Dan's Discount Boat Props
You have 30 days to return any un-used and in new condition item that you purchased from us. Used and/or damaged (other than from shipping) merchandise is not refundable. There will be no exceptions. Electronic items must be in original unopened packaging in order to be returnable.
You must first contact us either by phone or e-mail in order to receive a return authorization number before you send anything back to us. No authorization number, no acceptance.
There is a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from the original price paid on items returned. Shipping costs are not refundable and you pay the shipping cost back to us. Anything sent back to us C.O.D. will be refused.
Items must be returned via UPS or FEDEX and a tracking number must be obtained. We advise you to insure packages you send for your own protection.
Any item received in other than unused and new condition will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund will be given.
We reserve the right to change our return policy at any time, either written or implied.
